Smart Dynamics’ City of Values Competes for the Island People Excellence Award

At Kadam, we’re proud to be part of Smart Dynamics, a group that puts people and shared values at the heart of its corporate culture. This year, Smart Dynamics is participating in the Island People Excellence Award in the Culture in Motion category with City of Values, a corporate game designed to bring our values to life and strengthen connections between teams.

Watch our video to learn more about the game and how we turn our values into shared experiences.

We’d love your support! 💜 In the voting form, select Game “City of Values” (Smart Dynamics (Kadam / OfferGate / Kaminari)).

Great company culture starts with great people!

Thank you for your support!
